This is a two part upload, a text file (Rope.txt) and a gif file (Rope.gif) 
Our Troop has been making excellent quality rope for a number of years using this ropemaker. It is very easy to construct. and very easy to transport to various camping events and meetings, and setup time is a few minutes. We have demonstrated rope making on a district level and make all the rope we use in the troop. We have made rope as large as 1 1/4 " with this device.  Once you construct the ropemaker all you will need to buy is some rolls of bailing twine available from most farm supply stores.
